Ahmadiyya Muslim Community to host "Muhammad Messenger of Peace" event

GLEN ELLYN — The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Glen Ellyn is hosting an event Saturday as part of the national "Muhammad Messenger of Peace" campaign.

Members of all religious backgrounds are invited to hear American Muslims speak about Muhammad in an effort by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community to help build bridges of understanding about the prophet.

The event will include presentations and expert interviews. Refreshments will be served.

The event will be held from 4 until 6 p.m. at Masjid Al Baet-ul-Jaamay, 2S510 Route 53 in Glen Ellyn. For more information about the campaign, visit www.muslimsforpeace.org.
