ELMHURST – The West Suburban Philanthropic Network will recognize Elmhurst philanthropists with two awards during the 11th-annual Awards Luncheon on Wednesday at Meson Sabika in Naperville.

Ed Momkus, an Elmhurst College alumnus, and his wife, Betsy Goltermann, will receive the Philanthropic Leadership Award for their dedicated support of Elmhurst College, including their own scholarships and role as founding members of Elmhurst: College & Community.

WSPN also will present The Rotary Club of Elmhurst with the Service Club Philanthropic Award for the group's commitment to both local and international service. RCE awarded grants totaling more than $80,000 to more than 40 nonprofits, many of which are local, in the past year.
