‘Comedy Picante!’ on its way to Morton College

CICERO – Morton College has a bad case of the giggles it wants to share at 6 p.m. Friday, when it presents: Comedy Picante, A Celebration of Hispanic Heritage, at JPAC Theatre, Building A, first-floor, 3801 S. Central Ave., Cicero.

Billed as being different yet the same, five comedians from some of Chicago’s most well known comedy clubs and shows will perform.

Comedians include Gwen LaRoka from Comedy Cantina, Jay Washington from Riddles, Melissa Duprey from “Girl, let me tell you,” Saurin Choksi from UP Comedy Club, and Ken Garr from Second City.

The performance’s special guest is J.J. Gusto.

The college warns that some material may include adult content and is not Intended for all audiences.

Admission is free to students with a Morton College ID and $5 for general admission.

Proceeds will go to the MC Hope Scholarship Fund.
