Nicole M. Callaly, 37, 1 Wheaton Center, Wheaton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage at 12:59 a.m. Sept. 15 at Roosevelt Road and Baker Hill Drive.

Possession of drug

paraphernalia

Bryan J. Cottone, 50, 417 N. Main St., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:43 a.m. Sept. 16 in the 400 block of Main Street.

Unlawful possession

of marijuana

Heather L. Sanders, 23, 3130 Riverbirch Drive, Aurora, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 10:14 p.m. Sept. 22 in the 300 block of Spruce Lane.

Fighting

David H. Christopher, 55, 703 W. Liberty Drive (PADS), Wheaton, was charged with fighting at 5:58 p.m. Sept. 17 in the 500 block of Crescent Boulevard.

Public intoxication

Michael J. Bresser, 21, 184 Spring Ave., was charged with public intoxication at 4:26 p.m. Sept. 17 at Spring and May avenues.

Traffic violation

• Martha K. Gibbons, 58, 0S544 East St., Winfield, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at 7:33 a.m. Sept. 17 ar Roosevelt Road and Main Street.

• Altantosos Tuvdensuren, 44, 1300 Pebble Beach Circle, Glendale Heights, was charged with driving while license suspended and Ivan P. Guachichulca, 32, 3140 W. Pershing Road, Chicago, was charged with permitting an unauthorized person to drive, at 9:39 a.m. Sept. 17 at Main Street and Geneva Road.

• Oralia E. Bullins, 43, 19 Palatine Road, Arlington Heights, was charged with driving while license revoked at 2 p.m. Sept. 19 in the 300 block of Farnsworth Court.

• Bryan M. Heath, 37, 127 Park Blvd., was charged with driving while license suspended and disobeyed traffic signal at 7:33 p.m. Sept. 19 at Park Boulevard and Roosevelt Road.
