Police reports: Woodridge for Oct. 9

Arson reported

At about 5:45 p.m. Sept. 27, two unknown juveniles were seen lighting a fire on a park bench at Ide's Grove East Park, 8127 Meadowwood Ave.

Theft reports, charges

• At about 10:07 p.m. Sept. 28, a purse containing an iPhone was reported stolen from Hollywood Boulevard, 1001 W. 75th St.

• Sometime between 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Sept. 29, a bike and iPhone were reported stolen from Castaldo Park, 3024 71st St.

• Sometime between 7 p.m. Sept. 30 and 7:45 a.m. Oct. 1, prescription glasses and spare change were reported stolen from a vehicle parked in the 7800 block of Sprucewood.

Unlawful possession charge

Erin Mazurowski, 34, of 3500 S. Sangamon St., in Chicago, was charged with unlawful possession of a credit card after an incident in the 6000 block of Ross Drive at about 12:30 a.m. Oct. 1.

Criminal tresspassing charge

Jaime Lechuga-Valdez, 42, of 7731 Woodward Ave., was charged with attempted criminal tresspassing after a disturbance in the 2000 block of Apple Lane at about 1:44 a.m. Oct. 2.
