North Berwyn Park District plans Fall Fest

BERWYN - The North Berwyn Park District is hosting the 2013 Halloween House Decorating Contest as part of its fall festivities.

Participants must register by Tuesday, Oct. 22, and judging will take place on Thursday, Oct. 24 at 7 pm. Winners will receive a Gift Card & Yard Sign to proudly display in their front yards.

All North Berwyn residents are eligible.

Winners will be announced at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at the Berwyn Fall Fest in the Berwyn Gardens. Registration is free.

Come listen to scary, spooky & kooky stories around a bonfire at the Berwyn Gardens, between Home & Clinton Ave., just north of Cermak Road. Story telling will take place from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25. This event is free and all ages are welcomed!.

The North Berwyn Park District’s Berwyn Fall Fest will be held from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26 at the Berwyn Gardens, located between Home & Clinton avenues, just north of Cermak Road.

The event includes a Pumpkin Patch, carnival games, Petting Zoo, pony rides, pumpkin crafts, pumpkin bowling and much more. Make memories with your family that will last a lifetime. Minimal fees for activities and treats. * This event will be canceled if it rains.
