Glenbard South beats St. Francis, advances to second round

GLEN ELLYN - The Glenbard South football team stayed undefeated in 2013, beating St. Francis 47-28 on Saturday afternoon in the opening round of the Class 5A playoffs.

With the victory, the Raiders improved to 10-0 on the fall.

Zach Smith scored a trio of touchdowns as the home team led 21-7 at halftime.
