WHEATON – A man is charged with two counts of public indecency after exposing his genitals to law enforcement, according to a news release from the Wheaton Police Department.

Jermaine E. Anderson, 35, of Plainfield, was charged with the misdemeanors on Nov. 19 near East Loop Road and Danada Drive, the release said.

He was under surveillance after reports of suspected public indecency, when officers approached his 2004 Chevrolet Malibu in a parking lot and reportedly saw Anderson sitting in the car with his genitals exposed.

Anyone with information about Anderson or his vehicle is asked to contact Investigative Commander J.F. Volpe at 630-260-2056.
