Animal cruelty

Fady RF Aziz, 35, of 531 Brookside Drive, #D, was charged with animal cruelty at about 6 a.m. Dec. 21 in the 500 block of West 61st Street.

Drug charge

Sara Dunn, 19, of 4850 Francisco Ave., Downers Grove, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana after a traffic stop at about 9:23 p.m. Dec. 22 in the zero block of East Richmond Street. She was also cited for improper display of registration and operating an uninsured vehicle.

Thefts reported

• $400 was reported stolen between 1 and 4:20 p.m. Dec. 20, from a residence in the 900 block of Noel Court.

• A Christmas lawn decoration was reported stolen between 11 p.m. Dec. 20 and 4:15 p.m. Dec. 21, in the 300 block of North Grant Street. Estimated loss is $90.

Property damage reported

A vehicle was reported damaged between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Dec. 16, in the 200 block of East Ogden Avenue. Estimated loss is $200.

License violations

•James F. Dalu, 25, of 211 E. Naperville Road, #1E, was charged with driving with a revoked license after a traffic stop at about 9:21 p.m. Dec. 1 in the 5900 block of South Cass Avenue. Dalu was also cited for no proof of registration and operating an uninsured vehicle.

• Juan Cardenas, 27, of 9900 58th St. #C1, Countryside, was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop in the 300 block of East Ogden Avenue at about 9:05 a.m. Dec. 19. Cardenas was also cited for improper display of registration.
