Police reports: Lisle for Feb. 19

Battery charge

Michael R. Hernandez, 41, of 405 Austin St., Downers Grove, was charged with domestic battery at 4:20 p.m. Feb. 9 at 1100 Ogden Avenue.

License violations

• Mario Mendoza, 43, of 2940 Wellington Ave., was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 10:13 p.m. Feb. 9 at Ogden and Keller avenues.

• Ruth O. Medrano, 27, of 24 S. Root St., Aurora, was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 11:59 p.m. Feb. 9 at Ogden and Keller avenues. She was also cited for operating an uninsured vehicle.

• John S. Baker, 28, of 4705 Old Oaks Drive, was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 1:40 a.m. Feb. 8 in the 2500 block of Ogden Avenue. He was also cited for operating an uninsured vehicle and speeding.

• Rosemary Brinza, 23, of 1036 Heritage Hill, Naperville, was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 4:19 p.m. Feb. 7 in the 2900 block of Ogden Avenue. She was also cited for using an electronic communication device while driving.

• Richard L. Biegel, 59, of 1235 N. Clybourn Ave., Chicago, was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 10:19 a.m. Thursday in the 2700 block of Maple Avenue. He was also cited for operating an uninsured vehicle and expired registration.

• Floriberto Huerta, 56, of 1957 Curtiss Drive, Downers Grove, was charged with aggravated driving with a revoked license after a traffic stop at 10:20 p.m. Thursday in the 2600 block of Ogden Avenue.
