Barrington rehab facility ranked nation's best

A tranquil garden can be found at the Alden Estates of Barrington – a short-term rehabiliation center specializing in transitional care and post-acute services. The facility has been named on of the 2014 nation's "best" by U.S. News & World Report.

BARRINGTON – U.S. News & World Report has ranked Alden Estates of Barrington, 1420 S. Barrington Rd., as one of its 2014 Best facilities in the nation, for a second consecutive year.

The staff of Alden Estates is celebrating.

“I have to credit our incredible staff for all they do to provide exceptional patient care,” says Lorrie Woebbeking, administrator. “Our nurses are truly extraordinary in meeting our patients’ needs.”

Alden Estates received five stars based on health inspections, nurse staffing and quality of care. U.S. News & World Report ranks and displays data for nearly every U.S. nursing facility. The ‘2014 Best’ profiles and ranks facilities using data and quality ratings from the federal government, recognizing those facilities that provide five-star care.
