WEST CHICAGO – Gary Elementary School Student Council representatives Alessa Rodriguez (from left), Cassandra Villa and Adan Villa and teacher Pilar Rocha attend the West Chicago Elementary School District 33 Board of Education meeting April 10 to share with school board members and audience members the projects they have completed throughout the year.

Their most current project is collecting pop can tabs to be donated to the new Ronald McDonald House near Cadence Health.

Located across the street from Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, the house will be the western suburbs' first, and it will be used by families of patients at Central DuPage, Delnor Hospital in Geneva and the CDH Proton Center in Warrenville.
