Bridge Communities prepares for 'A Chair Affair'

GLEN ELLYN – As part of Bridge Communities' “A Chair Affair” art extravaganza, 27 chairs, stools and benches transformed by local artists have been installed in Naperville storefronts, according to a Bridge news release.

Patrons and community members can vote for their favorite at www.bridgecommunities.org until June 11.

The event will culminate June 12 at North Central College's Wentz Hall, 171 E. Chicago Ave., Naperville. The evening will include an open bar, hors d'oeuvres, a silent auction and a live auction.

All proceeds from the chairs will benefit homeless families in DuPage County assisted by Bridge Communities.

Tickets cost $40 and can be purchased at www.bridgecommunities.org or by calling 630-545-0610 ext. 19.
