Robbery and thefts

• Jarelle Freeman, 18, 1120 S. Williams Street #C4, was charged with robbery and Charles Creamer, 18, 821 S. Williams Street #C202, was charged with possession of stolen property, resisting a peace officer, and obstructing justice at 6:45 p.m. June 24 in the 100 block of West 59th Street.

• Michael Mosetick, 53, 18 Madison Street, Hinsdale, was charged with retail theft at 8 p.m. June 24 in the 100 block of West 63rd Street after he attempted to steal groceries.

• Electronics were stolen from an apartment between 1:30 a.m. and 6 a.m. June 30 in the 500 block of Brookside Drive.

• A wallet was stolen from a business between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. July 8 in the 100 block of West 63rd Street.

• A purse was stolen from a business between 2 p.m. an 4 p.m. July 9 in the 300 block of West 63rd Street.

Domestic battery

• Officers arrested Bill Torres, 36, 6724 Cedar Lane #1, was charged with domestic battery, violation of bond and resisting a peace officer at 6:30 p.m. July 3 in the 6700 block of Cedar Lane.

• Javier Torres, 30, 6720 Alpine Lane #1, was charged with domestic battery at 1:35 a.m. July 5 in the 6700 block of Alpine Lane after he struck a household member.

Battery

• Terry McKee, 65, 302 W. Naperville Road #3, was charged with battery at 9:45 p.m. July 3 in the 300 block of Naperville Road after he punched the victim in the face.

• Brandon Wainwright, 18, 3901 N. Williams St., was charged with battery, consumption of alcohol by a minor, possession of alcohol by a minor, resisting arrest and violation of bail bond at 9:20 p.m. July 12 in the 100 block of South Cass Avenue after a stop for a suspicious person.

Cocaine possession

Marylisa Uccardi, 53, 8203 Sawyer Court, Darien, was charged with possession of cocaine, driving with a suspended driver’s license, improper lane usage and failing to yield to an emergency vehicle at 4:20 p.m. July 4 in the 200 block of West Naperville Road after a traffic stop for a moving violation.

Marijuana possession

Darren Meadows, 24, 16 W. 536 Honeysuckle Rose Lane, Willowbrook, was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of cannabis with the intent to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with expired registration and operating an uninsured vehicle at 7:40 a.m. July 5 in the 6300 block of South Cass Avenue.

Drug paraphernalia possession

Martin Lopez, 19, 1306 North 33rd Ave., Melrose Park, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, improper registration cover and operating an uninsured vehicle at 11:50 a.m. July 1 in the 300 block of West Ogden Avenue after a traffic stop for a registration violation.

DUIs

• Ezequiel Medina-Gonzalez, 31, 6705 Cedar Lane #4, was charged with driving under the influence, driving with a suspended driver’s license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at 6:30 p.m. June 26 in the 6300 block of South Cass Avenue.

• Timothy Crosson, 27, 135 S. Warwick Ave., was charged with driving under the influence at 8:15 p.m. July 2 in the 200 block of South Cass Avenue after police responded to a traffic accident.

Pedro Ballesteros Jr., 30, 2211 N. Tallman Ave., Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding at 2 a.m. July 13 in the 500 block of East Ogden Avenue after a traffic stop for a moving violation

Property damage

A vehicle's mirror was damaged between 10 p.m. June 28 and 6 a.m. June 29 in the 100 block of West Naperville Road.

A lawn decoration was damaged between 1 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. July 12 at a residence in the 100 block of North Roslyn Road.

Traffic violations

• Francisco Rodriguez, 26, 6706 Lakeshore Drive #3, was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license, driving with suspended registration and operating an uninsured vehicle at 6:25 a.m. June 24 in the 6500 block of South Cass Avenue after a traffic stop.

• Emilio Guerrero, 25, 5152 Fairview Avenue #7, Downers Grove, was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license and failure to signal when required at 9:45 a.m. June 28 in the 300 block of North Cass Avenue after a traffic stop for a moving violation.

• Gerardo Cuellar-Soto, 33, 5652 S. Sawyer Ave., Chicago, was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license, driving with expired registration, overweight on registration, and operating an uninsured vehicle at 3:20 p.m. July 1 in th 800 block of East Ogden Avenue after a traffic stop for a registration violation.

• Marcus Caldwell, 25, 316 Woodcreek Drive #D109, Bolingbrook, was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license and driving with expired registration at 12:20 p.m. July 4 in the 5800 block of South Fairview Avenue after a traffic stop for a registration violation.

• Cherag Kasad, 25, 6670 Carlyle Court, West Bloomfield, Mich., was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license and speeding at 11 a.m. July 6 in the 6300 block of South Richmond Avenue after a traffic stop for a moving violation.

• Jumeika Starkes, 37, 6719 Maple Lane #3, for driving with a suspended driver’s license and driving with expired registration at 1:35 p.m. July 6 in the 6700 block of Maple Lane.

• Ricardo Arreola, 43, 2027 W 51st St., Chicago, was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license, failing to dim headlights and operating an uninsured vehicle at 8:30 p.m. July 7 in the 700 block of East Ogden Avenue after a traffic stop for an equipment violation.

• Jose Rodriguez, 31, 1510 Highland Ave., Joliet, was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license and operating a vehicle while using an electronic communication device at 11:35 a.m. July 9 in the 100 block of West 63rd Street after a traffic stop for a moving violation.
