HINSDALE

DUI

Kevin J. Gibson, 56, 11530 South Campbell St., Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use and speeding at 12:42 a.m. Aug. 3 at 55th Street and Quincy Street.

Assault

Lukas F. Gaigalas, 19, 335 South Gilbert Ave., La Grange, was charged with aggravated assault of a police officer at 1:20 p.m. Aug. 2 at 120 North Oak St.

Theft

About $1949.99 was stolen from a bank account in three separate charges between 8 a.m. July 29 and 8 a.m. July 30 in the 600 Block of South Stough Street.

Hit and run

Angel M. Rodriguez, 19, 112 N. 12th Ave., Melrose Park, was charged with hit and run, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, failure to give information, no valid drivers license and driving an uninsured motor vehicle at 12:07 p.m. July 29.

Domestic battery

William H. Burke, 18, 104 North Garfield St., was charged with domestic battery at 4:45 p.m. July 29 in the 100 Block North Garfield Street.

Criminal destruction of property

• Unknown suspects threw a brick through the rear window of a vehicle parked in a driveway and threw toilet paper in the victim's trees and yard at 4:40 a.m Aug. 4 in the 300 Block North Ravine Road.

• A wooden statue was damaged in front of a business between 5:10 p.m. July 31 and 9:30 a.m. Aug. 1 at 32 Blaine St.

• An unknown suspect threw eggs at a house and stole an address sign between 9:30 p.m. Aug. 1 and 6:30 a.m. Aug. 2.

• An unknown suspect spray painted the equipment shed at Pierce Park and a sewer spillway at 11:53 a.m. Aug. 4 at 550 E Walnut St.
