T'ai Chi involves gentle rocking and stretching motions that help circulation, improve digestion and reduce stress. All levels of physical ability are welcome, and participants may sit or stand as they feel comfortable.

Classes begin May 1 and are from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. every Wednesday through June 5. Abbey members pay $40 and non-members pay $45 for the class.
