Glen Ellyn police charge 4 with DUI

GLEN ELLYN – Glen Ellyn police charged four individuals with driving under the influence of alcohol between May 5 and 12, according to police reports.

• Samantha A. Evans, 37, 999 S. Lorraine Road, Wheaton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage at 12:16 a.m. May 5 at Roosevelt and Lambert roads, police said.

• Florencio Marquez-Mendez, 20, 553 Lynn Court, Glendale Heights, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcoholic liquor, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving with a suspended-revoked license and failure to reduce speed to avoid accident at 4:01 p.m. May 6 at Main Street and High Road, police said.

• Keith A. Martinez, 35, 19 Briar St., Glen Ellyn, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and driving without a license at 1:23 a.m. May 11 at Geneva Road and Main Street, police said.

• Fernando Munoz, 21, 841 Brentwood Drive, West Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at 4:30 a.m. May 12 at Roosevelt Road and Parkside Avenue, police said.
