Man talks to student at bus stop, police say they will watch area

LA GRANGE PARK – La Grange Park police said today that an unknown man talked with a student waiting for a bus today around 7:15 a.m. near Robinhood Lane and 26th Street.

The high school student said he did not know the man. The man made no attempt to entice the student toward his vehicle or said anything inappropriate to the student.

Still, police said they would step up patrols in the area.
