Published: Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2013 4:40 p.m. CDT

WESTMONT – Do you ever wonder how board games like Monopoly, Sorry, Candy Land or Life were made?

The Westmont Public Library is hosting a Game Creation Class Sept. 24 showing students the components of different games and teaching them how to make one. The program, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., is designated for grade school students.

Participants who are interested in submitting their game to the Toy and Game Fair in Chicago on Nov. 23, will be given information on the fair as well.

The Westmont Public Library, located at 428 N. Cass Ave., can be reached at 630-969-5625 or by visiting: www.westmontlibrary.org
