LEMONT – The Lemont Public Library, 50 E. Wend St., will celebrate National Library Card Sign-up Month with an iPad Mini drawing.

Patrons can pick up a Q-Card in the library starting Tuesday and earn punches by signing up for a library card, attending a library program, using the library's self-checkout or Simple Scanner or participating in Quest activities.

Those who receive five punches will be entered in the drawing, which will take place Oct. 1.

The library will also host Quest Fest from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, which will include food, activities and a visit from the book character Froggy and from Lemont firemen.
