WESTMONT – With the holiday season just weeks away, the Westmont Park District will be displaying a Giving Tree in the Community Center.

The tree, created by the Holly Days Committee, will have stars representing Westmont families in need of some extra help this year. Residents can select a star and purchase a gift for that family beginning Monday. The Giving Tree will be up until Dec. 9 at the center, 75 E. Richmond St.

Gifts should be delivered to the Community Center no later than Dec. 9 and will be picked up by the families Dec. 11 at the Westmont Centre, 1 S. Cass Ave.

For more information, contact the Westmont Park District at 630-969-8080 or visit www.wpd4fun.org.
