HINSDALE – On Nov. 30, Hinsdale Central Boosters Advance the Arts will host Central Casting, a fundraiser featuring former and present Hinsdale Central students performing selections from various theatrical productions and Broadway shows.

Show times will be at 7 and 8:30 p.m. at The Community House, 415 W. 8th St.

Tickets are $100 for adults and $50 for students. Ticket prices include a Broadway-style cocktail reception for adults and VIP pizza party for kids before each show, a colorful candy table and auction items.

During the event, cast members will pay tribute to Christine Hicks, who is the director of the Hinsdale Central Drama Department and has been a teacher there for 37 years.

Additionally, there are a variety of sponsorship levels available for corporations and individuals. Donors of $1,000 or more are listed on a plaque displayed in the front of the auditorium. Money raised will go for upgrades for the theatre, signage for the auditorium, storage and equipment for music and new mobile art furniture.
