GLEN ELLYN – A pedestrian hit by an eastbound Metra train in Glen Ellyn shortly after 2 p.m. Friday has died, according to a Glen Ellyn Police Department news release.

Daniel Carrillo, 25, most recently from Tucson, Ariz., was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, where he died Friday night from injuries sustained in the incident, the release stated.
