WHEATON – A missing woman from Wisconsin was found in Wheaton after collapsing in a local grocery store, according to a report from the Caledonia Police Department.

Jean L. Fox, 83, of Caledonia, Wisc., left her residence Dec. 23 to go shopping and did not return home, the report said. Fox has early stage Alzheimer's disease and did not have a cell phone.

She was reportedly seen at 11 p.m. later that day at a Kwik Trip in Waukesha, Wisc. asking for directions to Racine.

Fox was found in a Jewel-Osco store in Wheaton after she collapsed Dec. 24, according to a Caledonia Police Department spokesperson.

She was then transported to a hospital.
