Public works to hold public meeting on Lombard Meadows reconstruction project

LOMBARD – The Village of Lombard's Public Works Department will host a public information meeting to discuss the first phase of the Lombard Meadows reconstruction project at 7 p.m. Thursday in the board room at Village Hall, 255 E. Wilson Ave.

Chase Lane and Chase Court in the Lombard Meadows subdivision are slated to be reconstructed this summer and will include the replacement of the existing 6-inch water main with an 8-inch water main, repair and lining of the sanitary sewer, replacement of the sanitary manholes, replacement and extension of the 15-inch diameter storm sewer, as well as replacement of the sidewalks, curbs, driveway aprons and the installation of new LED street lights.
