Scholarships offered for Cebrin Goodman Institute youth leadership drug prevention training

Middle and high school students interested in attending the Cebrin Goodman Institute on Substance Abuse drug prevention program can now apply for scholarships, according to a news release from the DuPage County Sheriff's Office.

The program is a week-long youth leadership training seminar from July 20 to 24 at Eastern Illinois University. It focuses on personal responsibility, communication, decision-making and leading to change.

Scholarships cover tuition, lodging, materials, meals and more. They will be issued throughout the state of Illinois. Applications are due June 16.
