CAROL STREAM – Members of the Pi Beta Phi Glen Ellyn/Wheaton Alumnae Club Anne Wanzenberg (back row, from left), Karin Kramer, Ashley Marchewka, Kate Eanzenberg (front row, from left), Chelle Miller and Lorie O’ Flatery donate books to the Humanitarian Service Project in Carol Stream.

Through the club's donation, Humanitarian Service Project will be able to provide 500 books to the children enrolled in its Children's Birthday Project, helping to improve their reading skills and self-esteem.

The mission of the organization is to alleviate the pain and suffering caused by poverty in seniors and children living in DuPage and Kane counties.
