Four students become ill at prom in Bolingbrook

BOLINGBROOK – Four students reportedly became ill shortly after arriving to their prom Saturday in Bolingbrook, according to police.

Bolingbrook Police Lt. Mike Rompa said the preliminary information indicates four Minooka High School students became ill shortly after arriving to the prom, which was held at Bolingbrook Golf Club, 2001 Rodeo Drive.

All four students rode together in the same limousine to the prom and allegedly had consumed the same food items before the event.

There were no additional victims at this time, police said, and remains under investigation.
