Western Springs to hire two new employees

WESTERN SPRINGS – The village of Western Springs is now accepting applications for two seasonal positions with the Public Works Division.

The positions will each require 40 hours per week, typically from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. with some weekend and holiday work. Work is mainly outdoors and requires manual labor. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license. Salary will be based on experience and starts at $8.25 per hour.

Applications can be found online or at the Village Hall, 740 Hillgrove Ave. Submissions can be sent to Ingrid S. Velkme, deputy village manager at the village.
