Police reports: Westmont for May 14

Residential burglary

William Ward, 41, 5703 South Cass Ave. #207, was charged with residential burglary at 1:20 p.m. May 5 in the 5700 block of South Cass Avenue following a report of a burglary.

Bicycle stolen

A bicycle was stole between 6 p.m. May 3 and 2 p.m. May 5 in the 100 block of East Burlington Avenue.

License plate stolen

A license plate was stolen from a parked vehicle between 10 p.m. May 5 and noon May 6 in the 1000 block of South Williams Street.

Pot possession

At approximately 12:55 AM, officers responded to the 6200 block of South Cass Avenuefor a suspicious vehicle. Officers arrested Deandre Stovall, 20, 615 Meadows Blvd., Addison, was charged with possession of cannabis and Kiara Mitchell, 19, 638 South Cass Ave., was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:55 a.m. May 6 in the 6200 block of South Cass Avenue following a report of a suspicious vehicle.

Traffic violation

Rachel Franzese, 22, 11740 Woodside Court, Burr Ridge, was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license and driving with suspended registration at 12:50 p.m. May 7 in the 6500 block of South Cass Avenue following a traffic stop.

Property damage

A vehicle was damaged between midnight and 7:40 a.m. May 9 in the 100 block of North Linden Avenue.
